Each week I will pick two games, my “Play it Safe” selection as well as my “Out on a Limb” pick:
Play It Safe (6-2): Chiefs vs. TEN
The Eagles and Bills are also obvious picks, but I can’t go with them every week. The next team up on my list this week in Kansas City. I love them coming off the bye and at home to face a Titans’ team that simply will not be able to keep pace.
Out on a Limb (2-6): Bengals vs. CAR
I lost in this spot last week with the Bengals as an out on the limb pick. Not only did they get their butts kicked all over the field, Cincinnati endured even more injuries. They now return home to face a Panthers’ team that simply doesn’t stack up and in a must-win game for Joe Burrow and company.

This game is very lopsided. As explosive as the Eagles’ offense is, the Philly D is equally impressive. The Texans are going to struggle mightily to put points on the board once the Eagles force them into passing situations. My only fear is Philly gets close to the number all by themselves.
