Once again in Week 5 fantasy owners are facing several injuries, including some going down to the wire. Here’s a recap of the injuries with the biggest fantasy impact and the ones that will need to be monitored leading up to kick off with this week’s Game-Time Decisions.
QUARTERBACKS
Josh Allen (concussion): pracited Friday & now cleared protocol and set to play vs. TEN.
Mitchell Trubisky (shoulder): ruled out for Sunday vs. OAK.
Sam Darnold (mono): will not play vs. PHI
RUNNING BACKS
Saquon Barkley (ankle): out for Week 5, but a return could come sooner than expected.
Marlon Mack (ankle): full practice on Friday puts him on track to play vs. KC.
Damien Williams (knee): expected to play Sunday, but still listed as questionable.
Tevin Coleman (ankle): limited participant THU/FRI; on track for return.
Devin Singletary (hamstring): limited most of the week; game-time decision vs. TEN.
Jamaal Williams (concussion): will not play vs. DAL.
Rex Burkhead (foot): ruled out vs. WAS

WIDE RECEIVERS
Davante Adams (toe): ruled out for Week 5 vs. DAL.
Tyreek Hill (clavicle): getting close to return, but it won’t be this week.
JuJu Smith-Schuster (shoulder): questionable vs. BAL; will be game-time decision.
T.Y. Hilton (quad): limited THU/FRI; shaping up to be a game-time decision for SNF.
Julian Edelman (chest): qustionable, but expected to play vs. WAS.
Sammy Watkins (hamstring/shoulder): Limited particpant Friday, questionable.
Mike Williams (back): questiobale, but telling reporter he’s going to play Sunday.
Tyrell Williams (foot): officially questionable vs. CHI
Jarvis Landry (concussion): has cleared league’s protocol putting him on track for MNF.
Christian Kirk (ankle): ruled out for Week 5 vs. CIN
Terry McLaurin (hamstring): will be a game-time decision vs. NE.
Kenny Stills (hamstring): another game-time decision vs. ATL.
DeSean Jackson (abdomen): set to miss a third straight game
Michael Gallup (knee): expected to return vs. GB, but may not be 100% yet.
Parris Campbell (abdomen): ruled out for Week 5 vs. KC.
TIGHT ENDS
Hunter Henry (knee): has been ruled out for Week 5, but getting closer to return.
Vance McDonald (shoulder): questionable vs. BAL after missing Week 4.
Vernon Davis (concussion): won’t play vs. NE.
Jordan Reed (concussion): will miss a fifth straight game in Week 5.
OTHER
Darius Leonard (concussion): will miss third straight game on SNF vs. KC.
Jalen Ramsey (back): has been ruled out for Week 5.
CJ Mosley (groing): expected to miss Week 5.
