Fantasy Football: Week 15 Injury Report

It’s fantasy playoff time and it’s also the time of the year where nearly every NFL player is a bit banged. Here’s a look at some more the serious injuries to be aware heading into the rest of Week 15’s action.

QUARTERBACKS
Drew Brees (ribs) – expected to start vs. KC.
Matthew Stafford (ribs) – DNP most of week, but did get limited reps on FRI; status shaky vs. TEN.
Alex Smith (calf) – will not play in Week 15 vs. SEA; Dwayne Haskins gets start.
Daniel Jones (hamstring, ankle) – officially questionable for SNF vs. CLE; Colt McCoy gets nod if he sits.
Brandon Allen (knee) – has yet to practice this week leaving his status in doubt for MNF vs. PIT.

RUNNING BACKS
Christian McCaffrey (thigh) – officially doubtful for Week 15 vs. GB.
Ezekiel Elliott (calf) – DNP all week, but is expected to play through injury vs. SF.
Ronald Jones (COVID-19 / finger) – isn’t expected tp play in Week 15 vs. ATL.
Antonio Gibson (toe) – considered doubtful to go in Week 15 vs. SEA.
Melvin Gordon (shoulder) – questionable vs. BUF after being limited all week.
Phillip Lindsay (hip) – also questionable for today’s meeting vs. Bills.
Raheem Mostert (ankle) – doesn’t have an injury designation for Sunday’s game in DAL.
James Conner (quad) – officially questionable for MNF vs. CIN after limited participation on FRI.
Chase Edmonds (ankle) – will be a GTD vs. PHI (4:25 PM ET).
Myles Gaskin (COVID-19) – status unclear as he still remains on COVID-19 list.
Salvon Ahmed (shoulder) – trending toward suiting up against the Patriots.
Duke Johnson (neck) – DNP on THU or FRI, putting him on wrong side of questionable vs. IND.
Damien Harris (ankle) – limited throughout the week, leaving him questionable vs. MIA.
James White (foot) – limited all week and also questionable vs. MIA.

WIDE RECEIVERS
Julio Jones (hamstring) – ruled out for Week 15 vs. TB.
Michael Thomas (ankle) – will not play in Week 15 vs. KC.
Brandon Cooks (neck) – has been cleared to play vs. IND afer practicing in full FRI.
DJ Moore (COVID-19 / ankle) – expected to return for Saturday’s matchup w/GB.
Curtis Samuel (ankle) – late-week addition to injury; officially questionable vs. GB.
Deebo Samuel (hamstring) – out for Week 15 and reportedly will miss the rest of season.
Kenny Golladay (hip) – out again; hasn’t played since Week 8 and likely to be shut down for season.
Jamison Crowder (calf) – on track to play after limited practices THU & FRI.
DeVante Parker (hamstring) – limited participant FRI; GTD vs. NE.
Jakeem Grant (hamstring) – questionable, but expected to play vs. NE.
Marquise Brown, Miles Boykin, James Proche – John Harbaugh expects all three WR’s to come off of the reserve/COVID-19 list in time to play this week.

TIGHT ENDS
George Kittle (foot) – will not play in Week 15 vs. DAL, but a Week 16 return is a possibility.
Evan Engram (calf) – late week addition to the injury report; officially questionable for SNF vs. CLE.
Mike Gesicki (shoulder) – trending towards playing vs. NE, after looking unlikely to play coming out of Week 14.
Austin Hooper (neck) – officially questionable: head coach Kevin Stefanski said he expects him to play.
David Njoku (knee) – DNP Friday, but still expected to play through questionable tag.
Kyle Rudolph (foot) – ruled out for Week 15 vs. CHI.
Jimmy Graham (hip) – was downgraded on THU and closed week with back-to-back limited sessions.

KICKER
Zane Gonzalez (back) – out for Week 15; Mike Nugent to kick for ARI.
