Last season I decided to give our long-time Listener League for my radio show on SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio some purpose and with the support of the fantasy community we raised nearly $1500 for DAV (Disabled American Veterans), who helps over 1 million veterans and their families each year in life-changing ways through its free programs and services. DAV currently has a campaign raising funds to help those directly impacted by COVID-19.
As this pandemic continues to affect communities around the country and the world, it’s having a devastating impact on many of our nation’s veterans. On top of the additional health risks ill and injured veterans face with this virus, thousands of veterans with service-connected disabilities are losing their jobs or having to close the small businesses they’ve worked so hard to build.
With that in mind I am starting up several Best Ball 10’s to help raise funds to help the cause once again. With your generous donation will help DAV provide financial assistance to veterans who are struggling due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and will continue to support all of DAV’s programs for our nation’s veterans.
My goal with these leagues is to raise an additional $1000 or more to help this cause and support those who sacrificed everything so we had the freedom to play fantasy football. The more leagues we get, the more veterans we can help! The cost is $25 (Donation of $15 or more to DAV as well as a $10 league entry fee).

Here’s how to play in one of our charitable Best Ball contests:
- DONATE a minimum of $15 on this special donation form: https://bit.ly/DoGood-COVID19.
- Screenshot or send me a receipt of your donation or the donation confirmation page to [email protected].
- Once I receive confirmation of your donation, I will send you the league link / password via the BestBall10 platform for you to complete your signup and join one of my private leagues on the platform.
- You will then sign up and pay $10 via that platform. We are playing a 12-team / Classic / 4-hour slow draft (6-hour overnight pause). The league winner wins $100 and 2nd place will receive credits that can be used to offset costs of next year’s drafts. Be sure to check out the terms of service to ensure you are eligible to play on the platform in your state prior to making a donation.
