Waiver Wire Report: Week 10

November 5, 2019

I am covering this week on the waiver wire report while while Scott Bantel and his family are off enjoying The Most Magical Place on Earth.

It’s that time of the year where byes are winding down, so it should be a high priority for all owners to grab handcuffs.

Running back is the primary spot to do so and in shallower leagues many of these backups are still available.

Here are my top 10 handcuff options at the position:

Alexander Mattison (must-have for Cook owners)
Kareem Hunt (owned in 59% of Yahoo! leagues)
Darrell Henderson
Tony Pollard
Rashaad Penny
Raheem Mostert
Ryquell Armstead
Darrell Williams
Wayne Gallman
Gus Edwards
