The crazy NFL season continues and I continue to do my best to figure it out. Some weeks are better than others. I like this week’s slate of games. Here’s my best crack at picking winners for your Week 8 Office Pool Picks.

Playing it safe – Eagles
My preseason NFC champion pick, the Eagles, are very much looking the part. They get a young and less-talented 49ers’ team making the long trip across the country to take them on in 1PM game. There is some concern of heavy rains, but it won’t stop me from flying with Philly!
Out on a limb – Bengals
Cincinnati looked over matched on the field and the sidelines once again last week against their division foes, Pittsburgh, but they now get to return to the friendly confines of Paul Brown Stadium and host a reeling Colts’ team that competed in games against the Browns, 49ers, and Cardinals but were outscored by a 155-49 margin in their other four contests.
