Each week I will pick two games, my “Play it Safe” selection as well as my “Out on a Limb” pick:
Play It Safe (0-0): Bengals vs. NE
The Joe Burrow Comeback Tour will begin in epic fashion as the Bengals open up vs. the lowly Patriots at home. The matchup features the largest spread of Week 1 and I don’t think the number is big enough.
Out on a Limb (0-0): Saints vs. CAR
The Saints are not a team I’m very optimistic about in 2024, but opening up at home against the Panthers, who finished with the worst record in the league a year ago, seems like a good spot to roll them out in Survivor. There won’t be too many other weeks they’ll be in consideration.
