Game-time Decisions: Week 4

The injury report is filling up as we work our way to the end of September. Here’s a recap of the injuries with the biggest fantasy impact and the ones that will need to be monitored leading up to kick off with this week’s Game-Time Decisions.

QUARTERBACKS
Drew Brees (thumb): out indefinitely
Cam Newton (foot): left foot issue believed to be a Lisfranc injury
Matthew Stafford (hip): added to injury report Friday, but expected to play.

RUNNING BACKS
Saquan Barkley (ankle): looking at a 4-8 week recovery
Damien Williams (knee): will not play at DET
LeSean McCoy (ankle): expected to play through injury
Devin Singletary (hamstring): practiced again on Friday
Rex Burkehad (foot): questionbale; limited practices to close out week
Justin Jackson (calf): ruled out at MIA
Rashaad Penny (hamstring): shaping up to be a game-time decision (4:05 PM ET)

WIDE RECEIVERS
T.Y. Hilton (quad): a true game-time decision (1PM ET) vs. OAK
Chris Godwin (hip): another game-time decision at (4:05PM ET) at LAR
Julian Edelmnan (chest): questionable, but trending in right direction
Terry McLaurin (hamstring): questionable; mid-week downgrade & didn’t practice Friday
Mike Williams (back): ruled out at MIA
Michael Gallup (knee): probably a couple weeks away from return
Taylor Gabriel (concussion): won’t suit up vs. MIN
Travis Benjamin (hip): doubtful for Wk 4 at MIA
Tre’Quan Smith (ankle): has been ruled out vs. DAL

TIGHT ENDS
Mark Andrews (foot): playing through the injury, but not 100 percent
Vance McDonald (shoulder): questionable for MNF vs. CIN
Jordan Reed (concussion): out indefinitely
Virgil Green (groin): will sit at MIA

KICKERS
Mike Badgley (groin): wll not play for fourth straight week
Eddy Pineiro (knee): questionable vs. MIN

OTHERS
Darious Leonard (concussion): out again in Week 4 vs. OAK
Jalen Ramsey (back): questionable at DEN
