SURVIVOR PICK
Each week I’ll offer up my “playing it safe” and my “out on the limb” pick for your elimination pool:

Playing it safe – Rams
The time is now for the Rams. They are clicking on all cylinders. Even though the 49ers looked good in Week 6 at Green Bay. Playing on a short-week, short handed against the Rams is too tough of a task, even at home.

Out on a limb – Falcons
I cannot believe how bad of a jinx I’ve been to teams with my “out on a limb” pick. Things have got to turn around a bit and I think it starts this week as the Falcons return home to host the Giants. Atlanta is much better on offense and their patchwork defense should get by versus the struggling Giants’ offensive line and Eli Manning.

Season Record: Playing it safe (5-1); Out on Limb (1-5).

Nice confidence picks, except that the Saints will handle the Ravens with some ease.
