SURVIVOR
Each week I will pick two games, my “Play it Safe” selection as well as my “Out on a Limb” pick. So far my Play It Safe pick is 8-2 and my Out on a Limb selection is 8-2 on the year :

Play It Safe: Saints
Many got knocked out in Week 10 when the Saints fell to the Falcons at home. They bounced back nicely last week and should keep rolling against a Panthers’ team that has struggled of late as Kyle Allen is starting to get exposed a bit. New Orleans is the lock of the week.

Out on a Limb: Steelers
Injuries have killed Pittsburgh, but they still have enough in the tank to handle the winless and hapless Bengals who continue to throw out a quarterback that frankly likely could even be the backup quarterback on most NFL teams. Cincinnati is going 0-16, but this pick is still risky as the Steelers lack much to excited about too.

THURSDAY NIGHT SPECIAL
I am moving my complete “Against the Spread” plays to a separate article that will run each Saturday or Sunday morning this season. In its place here, I am introducing a new Thursday night betting recommendation. My starting Thursday night bankroll for the purposes of this article is $1000.

Starting Balance: $1000
Current Balance: $1325

The Pick:
$100 Over 45.5 HOU/IND

With both the Texans and the Colts getting some key offensive weapons back in the passing game, I am expecting some points to get put on the board in this one. These teams won’t smash this number, so you may sweat this out. But in the end they will cover the over in this divisional showdown.
